The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the Terms and Conditions) are valid between you and Devon Coto AB (Reg. No.559431-9971) (henceforth: Devon Coto; may be referred to as "us" and "we") and apply to all use of and orders placed on Devon Coto website, and orders made by telephone, e-mail (henceforth together: the "Website"). Please note that Devon Coto does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. Devon Coto reserves its right to stop selling a product. Devon Coto reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that are in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, by telephone, e-mail you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors.

Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

Pricing

All prices on the website are in Euro including VAT. You can find the total price including delivery fees in the shopping cart.

International Orders

At the moment we can only accept orders within Europe. For all non EU countries (UK, Norway, Switzerland) we do not stand for any custom fees.

Placing an order and confirmation

Once you are ready to place your order, click ‘checkout’ where you will follow these steps 1. Enter your email. 2. Enter your address and delivery fees will emerge. 3. Choose payment between credit card or Paypal. 4. Review and click purchase to place your order.

The purchase is confirmed by clicking the button ‘purchase’. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We recommend you to carefully read through your order confirmation and make sure that your contact information and address is correct. Devon Coto is not responsible for incorrect personal information that might lead to problems with delivery, or other issues. Devon Coto cannot guarantee that the content of www.devoncoto.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, or up-to-date. Devon Coto is allowed to, at any time, change the site’s content and items available in the product range. Errors may occur, even though Devon Coto always strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop. In case of you being charged the wrong amount when shopping from, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or by cancelling your order. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will cancel your order automatically. Devon Coto cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or from not being able to use the site. Payment

You can pay by Stripe (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay) and PayPal. The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account.

We do our best to make the Website as secure as possible. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by Devon Coto You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Devon Coto, your order will be cancelled.

Delivery

We will dispatch all orders within 48 h during weekdays (except Swedish bank holidays). You will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking number by e-mail as soon as we ship your order. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Delivery time

Shipping within Sweden – 2-4 days.

Shipping within EU – 4-7 days.

Shipping non EU countries – 4-7 days.

 

Returns and exchange.

Items purchased on are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at info@devoncoto.com. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the return address below.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost.

Important information returns

•    Items must be returned in perfect and unused condition. It is of course allowed to try on products at home, but please do so with care as jewelry is a delicate product. If products are used for e.g. in a photoshoot, we can no longer consider them as unused.

•    Items must be returned exactly as received.

•    Items must be returned in their original, undamaged box and pouch as this is considered part of the product.

•    When returning by mail, please make sure to return the item and its corresponding packaging inside a solid carton box to not damage the original packaging, preferably the original outer packaging used to ship your order.

•    Devon Coto reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

•    Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.

Refunds

All returns fulfilling the above criteria and are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.

Once received, returns take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be generated.

Quality guarantee

If you receive an item classified as faulty and/or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Devon Coto's quality guarantee covers potential manufacturing defects and cannot be held responsible for defects due to:

•    Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness e.g. cracks from adjusting a cuff too vigorously/frequently or bending of earring clasps.

•    Aesthetic changes, defects and damages due to normal wear/tear and ageing e.g. scratches/scores, oxidization of silver or fading of gold plating. However, please accept that scratching and wearing is normal with time and wear. With proper care your Devon Coto products will look beautiful for many years. Please follow our care information and recommendations.

 

Loss of Goods

Devon Coto is not responsible for any loss of goods. If an item is malfunctioning (e.g loose earring hinge/clasp) the customer is responsible for contacting customer support when the defect is detected in order to resolve the issue.

 

Responsibility

Devon Coto’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will we assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, pandemics or similar events. Devon Coto's liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, Devon Coto's obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Devon Coto can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us.

Force Majeure

Devon Coto is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements.
