Your order will be handled within 48 hours. All our deliveries are made by PostNord, DHL, UPS and Fedex. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking number by e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

Shipping within Sweden – Free shipping

Shipping within EU – €15.

Shipping to non EU countries – €30.

Delivery time

Shipping within Sweden – 2-4 days.

Shipping within EU – 4-7 days.

Shipping non EU countries – 4-10 days.

Returns & Exchange

We accept return and exchange on all full price items. You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the date you receive the product. We do not stand for the exchange or return shipping costs.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at info@devoncoto.com.

Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the return address below.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return cost.

Important information returns

• Items must be returned in perfect and unused condition. It is of course allowed to try on products at home, but please do so with care as jewelry is a delicate product. If products are used for e.g. in a photoshoot, we can no longer consider them as unused.

• Items must be returned exactly as received.

• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged box and pouch as this is considered part of the product.

• When returning by mail, please make sure to return the item and its corresponding packaging inside a solid carton box to not damage the original packaging, preferably the original outer packaging used to ship your order.

• Devon Coto reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

• Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.

Claims
